Basic Hourly Rates:

(This type of plan requires no commitment on customer's part. All services are performed on pay-as-you-go basis an additional $29 service call fee per incident applies.)

Outsourced System Administration
(Rates vary depending on size of business)

(Hours include 8:00 to 6:00 Monday through Friday.) Emergencies and other off-hours support will be billed under network support rates. Duties include - but are not limited to - Scheduling Tasks, Automated Duties, Regular Maintenance - prices do not include costs of hardware, software, and or supplies.

Small Business (WS) — $400 to $800 per month

Small Business (SRV/NET) — $800 to $1600 per month
(Desktop, Server, and Network)
[1-3 Network Servers]

Mid-Range Business (WS) — $900 to $1500 per month
(Desktop Support)

Mid-Range Business (SRV/NET) — $1500 to $2500 per month
(Desktop, Server, and Network)
[3-10 Network Servers]

Large Business (WS) — $1500 to $3000 per month
(Desktop Support)
[Large Businesses includes 50-100 computers]

Large Business (SRV/NET) — $2000 to $4000 per month
(Desktop, Server, and Network)
[10-20 Network Servers]

We have a maximum 4 hr response time for critical issues and 24 hr response time for non critical issues under Network Support contracts. Travel time is billed one way at 1/4 regular hourly rate. Support hours are from 8am-6pm Monday thru Friday.
